Position: Electrical Planner

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Planner to join our shutdown planning team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical maintenance planning in the Oil & Gas sector, with a focus on shutdowns, turnarounds, and outage planning. Experience with SAP CMMS, particularly in the areas of CM (Corrective Maintenance), PM (Preventive Maintenance), or MM (Material Management), is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed shutdown and maintenance plans for mechanical systems, ensuring alignment with project timelines and resources.
• Utilize SAP CMMS for scheduling, tracking, and managing work orders, materials, and maintenance activities.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and operations teams to ensure all materials, tools, and resources are available for shutdown activities.
• Analyze and prioritize mechanical maintenance work, ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards.
• Prepare and update job plans, including labor, equipment, and material requirements.
• Track and report on work progress, adjusting plans as necessary to meet project deadlines and goals.
• Support the implementation of maintenance strategies for mechanical assets, focusing on reliability and cost-efficiency.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in mechanical planning, with a strong focus on shutdown planning in the oil & gas industry.
• Hands-on experience using SAP CMMS, particularly in PM, CM, or MM modules.
• Solid understanding of mechanical systems, maintenance strategies, and safety standards.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work in high-pressure environments.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Relevant certifications or qualifications in mechanical engineering or maintenance planning preferred.
